CHINESE TROOPS MASSING
(Beceived 2, 11.10 a.m.) TOKIO, Aug. 1. A large body of Chinese Central Government troops belohging to the 30th, 31st and 33rd divisions, under General Stin Lien Chung, are 5massing in Chochow and Tienghsing, north of Paotingfu, where they are co-operating With the 29th army and are fifing on Japanese scouting planes.
