SUNDAY NIGHT CONCERT
Requeit Programme To-morrow A grand Sunday night coneert will be given in the Hastings Municipal Theatre to-morrow night at 8.15 in aid of the New Relief Workers' Association relief funds. Mr Wall Keen will again be heard in a number of pppular eongs, and will* sing by special request "The Old Sundowner." At a recent concert at Masterton this item met with a wonderful reception. Mr Wally Ireland, the favourite comedian, will entertain with completely new items. Miss Peggy Black, of Napier, will appear in a number of pretty dance numbers. On her last visit to Hastings Miss Black 's dance items proved to be very popular with the audience. Ngaire Keen, a wonderful child performer, will be making her first appearance in Haetings. in several song numbers, and her items will be quite a treat to the Hastings audience. Mr Herbert Marshall, of Napier, too, will be making his first appearance in Hastings in several song numbers. Mr Eric Paynter, ln song hits; Erico and Jerico. tho Mexican duettists; Geoff. "Walker, Wally Ireland and Co. with Strawberry the Cow and the Wazza Wazza Bird dn a screamingly funny comedy tuni; and Wally Ireland and Will Keen in a number of double patter sketches — these will be the other contributors to the programme. Mrs Bromley Hill, of Napier, will be the pianist. The whole programme is of a light nathro and will provide an evening's good entertainment. As the concert ds for a good cause, a full house is expected, so you are advised to book now. The plans will be at Denton*Wyatt'e until six o'clock tonight and at the theatre from ,6.45 on Sunday night. .
