Rebels' Opinion of Attack (Received 31 1.30 p.m.) SALAMANCA, July 30. The rebels assert that the Government attack on the Santander front was a costly failure, resulting in 1500 dead. Government attacks • on the Lanercera and Castroalen range were both repulsed with macliine-guns.
