Doctor's Name for IncomeTax Commissioner (Received 31, 12.55 p.m.) LONDGN, July 30. Cliarged with postiug offensive packets, Dr Stanley Parker, of Coleorton, was fined £10, with £4 0/3 costs, for what he described as a "feeble effort to defend himself against the income-tax coinmissioners" by addressing letters to them: "Chief Bloodhound, Incorae-Tax Racket, Blackmail and Persecution Department."
