JEANNE DANTE IN "FOUR DAYS WONDER" Weaving a charmiag love story into a film which utilises tfce funniest mystery situation ever brought to the screen, Universal's brilliant comedy drama, "Four Days Wonder," will screen at tfce Municipal Tfceatre tonigfct. Tfce pieture is based on A. A. Milne's popular novel of tfce same title, which unfolds tfce sprightly adventures that befall a young giri wfco fiees from an accident, wfcile newspaper fceadlines conjecture every conceivable crirae from kidnapping to murder. The star of tfce production is 13-year-old Jeanne Dante, Universal's new screen discovery who gained fcei latest success on the New Yprk stage in "Call It A Day." Jeanne portrays a cbaracter wfcich combines tfce best features of Philo Vance, Sherlock Holmes and Nero Wolfe, with a' peppering of Tom Sawyer to add interest. Bright comedy situations, iomance and laugh provoking dialogue keep pace witfc the rapid action of the narrative, to give added sparkle to tfce screen entertainment. Also on the programme is "Diamond Jim," the story of a successful businessman promoter who has a passion for diamonds.
