Tfce Port Missionary was busily engUged in personal work aboard a coasting vessel and was anxious to ascertain tfce faith of tfce lrisfc ooek. "Wfcat part of Ireland do you come from?" asked the missionary. "Belfast," replied tfce cook. "Are you mterested in tfce demonstrations on July 12?" asked the missionary. "N.o, not at all," answered the cook. "Just two societies claim my membersfcip, Tfce National Health and tfce Unempioyment." "Why not join a tfcird society and thus be assured of Eternal Benefit?" persisted the missionary. "What Society offers sucfc benefit?" asked the cook. "Well the Society of the Kingdom of Heaven," replied the missionary. Professor Henry Drummond said: "Tfce Kingdom of Heaven is a Society of the Best Men, working togetfcer for the Best End, according to the Best Methods." This is truly the Best Society, entrance is free to all, and tfce benefits are inexfcaustible.
