British Delegation Announced

RUGBY, July 28. The Foreign Secretary, Mr. Anthony Eden, is to lead the United Kingdom delegation to the League Assembly in September, and the other two delegates will be Mr. Walter Elliott aud Colonel A, E. W. Colville. Substitute delegates will bc Lord Cranborne, Mr. R. H. Bernays, Parliamentary Secretary to Ihe Minister of Health; Miss lrene Warn, member of Parliament for Wallsend; Mr. W. E. -Beckett, C.M.G., assistant legal adviser to the Foreign Ofiice; and Lord Astor, who is chairman of the League 's Nutrition Cooimittee.
