HAWKE'S BAY COUNTY COUNC1L NOTICE OF SPECIAL OEDER. JJOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Hawke's Bay County Council duly convened and held on Monday, the 12th day oi July 1937 ia-the County Offices in Browning Street, Napier, at the hour of 11 a.m. a Besolution was passed, the object or purport of which was to declare and resolve by way of Special Order in pursuance of Section 6 of "The Water-Supply Act 1908" that — That part of the Hawke's Bay County the approximate boundaries of which are set forth in the Schedule hereto should b{ a water-race district for the purpose of construction of water-races therein; and that such water-race district should be constituted as and from the 1st day of October 1937. and the name thereof should be The Fernhill Water-Race District. A cqpy of the proposed Special Order is deposited at the Offices of the Hawke's Bay County Council, Browning Street, Napier, and is open to the Inspection of the public during office faours from the 'date hereof till the 9th day of August 1937. THE SCHEDULE. , ALL THAT piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 3,832 acres chore or less and being portion of Subdivision A Heretaunga Block, part Te Awa-o-Te Atua Block and part Ngatarawa Number 1 Block and bounded as follows:— . Commencing at the western boundary of the Fernhill Township, all the land lying between the Ngaruroro River ^ on the north and west and the Fernhill-Takapau Main Highway on the aast and extending on the south to the foot.of Roy's Hill; also portion of the adjoming land 'extending in a south. aasterly directiou to Bridge Pa and ymg on the northeastern side of the Fernhill-Bridge Pa Boad; also includIng 133 acres adjoining Fernhill Township on the south-east.
