DICK FOEAN IN "TRAILIN' WEST" Dick Foran has never been in better voice, nor has he done more dasbing riding nor daredevil stunts than 111 his latest First National thriller, ' ' Trailin ' West," which screens at the Cosy Theatre to-night. There are many thrilling episodes in the picture,, including the hold-up of a stage coach, and the capture of a gold pack train by lndians, working .m conjunction with the white bandits. Jjilting music, magnfHieent spectacles, rollicking comedy, romance ahd thrilis combine to form tke rare entertainment lound in the Cosmopolitan production released by Warner Bros., "Oain and Mabel," and to commence screening at the Gosy to-morrow. These ingredients, aaded to the fine performances of its two famous stars, Manon Davies and Glark Gable, and that of an exceptionaily talented supporting cast, make thi'a picture one of the outstanding • screen productions of the year. One of the big f eatures of the musical comedy is a sensatiohal number called "Thousand LiOve Songs," which for sheer beauty, novelty and magnitude of its scope, is truly remarkable. Staged by the famous dance director, Bobby Connolly, dt is really six numbers combined in one, there being that many different settings and baekgrounds.
