Illness Developed During Coroner's Inquiry MELBOURNB, Juiy 28. The death has occurred of Admiral Sir Francis Hyde, the first lnomber of tho Navy Board. Admiral Hyde developed bronchial pneumoniu during a coroner's inquiry recently into the death of Nicholas Davis, aged 46, who was killed at Hampton by a car drrven by Admiral Hyde on june 20. The maia issue at the inquiry was vvhether Admiral Hyde was under the influonce of alcohol at Ihe time of the aceiclcat. 'The t'.proner found that Davis '$ death was due lo misad venture and there was no evidence of culpable negligence. Tho coroner was not satisfied that Admiral Hyde was undcr thc influence of alcohyt.
