Mackley) annonnces a decision to grant interest at 5 per cent. on vouchers to the value of 10/- or multiples of 10/-. Theso youchers may be obtained in exehange for the travel stn^ips issued at railway stations or may be bouglit for cash. Interest accrues from the date of issue Of a voucher, but does not continue after the expiration of tweive months, if tbe voucher is not used for the puichase of a railway tielr^t within tlia* penod.
