DICK FORAN IN "TRAILIN' WEST" .Dick; Foran has never been in botter vpice, nor has he done more dashing ridiug nor daredevil stunts than in liis latest First Nationa-1 thriller, "Trailin' West," which Bcreens at the Cosy Theatre to-night. There are many thrilling ' episodes in the picture, including the hold-up of a stage coach, and the capture of a gold pack train by Indians, • working in conjunction with the white bandits. One thr.ill follows anotlier in quick succession, in fact to a smashing climax, in which Foran, his credentials stolen, is abouv to be shot as a bandit after being" court martialled at the army post. Foran also sings two songs specially written for the production by M. K. Jerome and Jack Scholl, one a ballad, "Moonlight Valley," and the other a stirring marching song, "Drums of Glory." A special attraction will be the screening of the Springboks — Auckland match, an exceptionally vivid film reeord of the highlights of the game.
