Definitely Being Taken up Again RUMOUR DENIED

DUNEDIN, This Day. For two months a persistent xumour has circulated that Mr Leslie Lefeaux is not Teturning' to the governorship of the Keserve Bank of New Zealand, having accepted a position with the Bank of India. The rumour is reliably contradicted. Mr Lefeaux i« due back in the Dominion on August 27. An appointment was recently made to a hdgh position in the Bank of India, the appointee being an English nobleman'.
