CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Nurses in the employ of the North Canterbury Hospital Board are in many instances to get salary increases. The new salariee range froni £37 10/- a year for pupil nurse (old scale £30) to £95 for registered nurse (old scale £75). The increases are provided for the first and second-year sisters making salaries of £120 and £130 respeetively. The maxiuium for sislers is £180 in tlie seventh year, with £200 ai'ter fifteen years and £220 for pi£ht sisters, '
