Charged with driving a motor-cycle without being the holder of a driver'i licence, Roy Kenneth Lionel Walker, o £ Pahiatua, was fined 10/-, with costs of the same amount, in the Hastings Magistrate 's Court this morning. On a further charge of driving a motor vehicle without a warrant of fitnese, a finc of 10/-, with 10/- costs, was imposed.
