Welcome at Hamilton
By Telesraph—
HAMILTON, Last Night. The Springboks arrived at Hamilton this afternoon when they were met at the Hamilton Station by t^e Mayor and officials of the combined union. The visitors were accorded a warm welcome by the public and schoolboys who cheer,ed them as they left for their hotel. jLater the team was given a strong ;Workout at Rugby Park. They will jattend a ball in their honour to-night. iTo-morrow they will visit the Waitomo icaves. The failure of L. T. Russell, the combined team's half back, to pass the medical test to-day, will necessitate an alteration in the combined team to meet the Springboks on We'dnesday. Probably F. Robinson will be brought from full-back to half, Swan (Thames Valley) being placed in the full-back position.
