The criminal session of the Napier Magistrate' s Court this morning was the shortest for some time, occupying exactly 30 minutes. During that period one cliarge of theft, two charges of breaches of the traffic regulations, two charges against a juvenile traffio offendor, one charge in respect of a dog I'egistrafcion. and a decision on five charges regarding the paymcnt of overtime were quickly dealt with.
