German Anti-Nazi Movemeni SOME FREED WITHOUT TRIAL (Eeeeived 26, 11.30 a.m.) BEELIN, July 25. For praising his brother and appealing to the congregatioa to support iiiin, seeret police arrested the Pastor of St. Annes Church at Dahlen, the Eev. Wilhelm Niemoller, brother of Dr. Martin Niemoller, leader of the Confessional movement opposing Nazification of the Evangelical Church. Those arrested number 67, but some were released without trial, including Dr. Mueller, who to-day preached from Dr. Martin Niemoller 's pulpit in the Church of Christ, Dahlen. The State Commissioner, Herr Sauckel, has excluded from Thuringia Bishop MahTaren, of Hanover, Bishop Meiser% of Bavaria, and Bishop Wurm, of Wurtemhurg.
