Countess of Cardigan Falls from Window LONDON, July 24. The Oomvtess ot" Cardigan, who reeently returned from South Africa, was killed through falling from a seventh floor window of the Savoy HoteJ, where *he was «taying aione. - The countess was in evening dress. She fell near three children playing in Ihe street.
