AUCKLAND, Last Night. The exceptional interest in the first match of the Springboks' tour of New Zealand was clearly demonstrated at Eden Park to-day when a large crowd watched both the touring and local players training. There was great Bpeculation as to the strength of the team the Springboks would: field against Auckland on Saturday. It is evident from the $eam chosen for the match that the Springboks are taking no risks. The teams are as followi — Sprlnghoxs. Full-back: G. H. Brand. j Three-quarters: J. Bester, L. Babrow, J. White, D. O. Williams. Half-backs: T. A. Harris, D. H.' Craven (scrum). Forwards: M. M. Louw, J. W. Lotz, H. J. Martin, L. C. Strachan, P. J. Nel, W. F. Berg, W. E. Bastard, C. B. Jcnnings. Auckland.
