(Received 23, 8.45 a.m.) MELBOURNE, July 22, Another case of suspected infantile paralysis is reported' to-day, bringing the total to 23. So far all the patients are children except a nurse who acquired the disease through contact with the patients. The affected area appears to be spreading and another school was closed to-day, making eight. Other closings are likely. There have been four deaths. The Government has appointed a board of medical specialists to make a thorough research into the origin.of the disease and advise on treatment and precautionary measures.
