Signor Schipa "Will Tell Mussolini" i, "DUCE WILL BE ANGRY"

(Received 23, 1.0 p.m.) SYDNEY, July 23. The Daily Telegraph says that the Italian tenor, Signor Tito Schipa, said : "Signor Mussolini will ask me everything| about the trouble I had in Sydney I will tell him and he .will be very angry. Signor Mussolini is a great friend of mine.'' Signor Schipa leaves for New Zealand by the Mariposa to-day. "I do not know why I have to go. I wanted to sing in Queensland as well, but my management says 'no/ They stop me. It is ridiculous. So I go — pushed away to New Zealand," he concluded. Mr'E. J. Tait said that no concerts had been arranged for Signor Schipa in Brisbane because suitable dates eould not be arranged. Signor Schipa caused a stir in Sydney by giving the Fascist salute in acknowledging applause at concerts given there.
