HAWKE'S BAY COUNTY COUNCIL. ^TOTICE OF SPEOIAL OEDEE. l^OTICE IS HEEEBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Hawke's Bay Couuty Council duly convened and held on Moaday, the 12th day of July 1937 in the County Offices in Browning Street, Napier, at the hour of 11 a.m. a Eesolution was passed, the object or purport of which was to declare and resolve by way of Special Order in pursuance of Seetion 6 of "The Water-Supply Act 1908" that— That part of the Hawke's Bay County the approximate boundaries of which are set forth in the Schedule hereto should be a water-racfe district for the purpose of construction of water-racea therein; and that such water-race distxict should be constituted as and from the lst day of October 1937 and the name thereof should be The "Fernhill Water-Eace District. A copy of the proposed Special Order is deposited at the Offices of the Hawke's Bay County Council, Browning Street, Napier, and is open to the Inspection of the public during offiee hours from the date hereof till the 9th day of August 1937. THE SCHEDULE.
