FRANCO SENDS DELEGATION TO BRITAIN
(Received 22, 2.0 p.m.) ST. JEAN DE LUZ, July 21. After a conference with the revolutionary leaders - at Salamanca^ General Franco, at the suggestion of Senor Salazar, commissxoned Dr. Gilrobles to go to London 'with a special mission to the British Government, the purport of which is not disclosed, but it is believed that it concerns plans for re-organi-sation of the new State, including the submission of the names of General Franco's intended Ministers, probably including Dr. Gilrobles himself, in the hope that the powers will recognise revolutionary Spain. General Franco's deeision follows visits by Senor Sangroniz, chief of his diplomatic bureau, to the English and French Ambassadors.
