ANGLO-JAPANESE TALKS POSTPONED
(Received 22, 11.0 a.m.) LONDON, July 21. The Foreign Secretary, Mr Anthony Eden, in the House of Commons said that the Japanese Anibassador had been infornied that, in view of the situation in North China, the time was inopportune to hold the projected Anglo- Japanese conversations. The British Emergency Corps has been ordered to stand by for orders.
