Results from Rosehill SYDNEY," july 21. At the Rosehill races to-day the Chief Ruler filly Bronze Tulip finished second ;in the Maiden Welter Handicap, whieh was won impressively by Forward, who thus opened his racing account. Tam-o'-shanter was unplaced in this cvent. The Veilmond colt Silmond was unpjaced in the Nursery Handicap. Bobby won the Rosehill Handicap from Grand Warbler and Oro.
