NAVAL UNREST
(Reeeived 21, 11.0 a.m.), LONDON, July 20. Rumours of unrest aboard H.M.S. Warapite, at present at Portsmouth, ier denied by the Admiralty whieh says tlian there was a tnisundevstanding about week-eiid leave. This has been salifinctorily settled and there is aO question oi the men reftising duty.
