| london, July 20, j 1 The death has occurred of Marchese jMarconi. a Eome cable says that Marconi rocently had shown signs of fatigue, but there were no signs of sickness upon retiring. He lapsed into unconsciousness during the night and expired of , heart failure at 3.45 a.m. j The Pope, with whom he had an audience on Sunday, was informed while at Mass, when he dedicated his prayers for Marconi 's soui.
