Harbour Board Tribute To Late Mr C/ Duff "We all know that he was a sincere and very earnest type of eitizen who at all times had the welfare of the province at heart, not only as regards the hospital, but in matters of the general welfare of the people," said Mr. T. M. Geddis, chairman of the Napier Harbour Board, yesterday, when xeferring to the death of Mr. .Cecil Duff, of Hastings. The board passed a resolution of sympathy to the relatives, A similar resolution was passcd to the relatives of the late Mr. D. K. McAlpine, chairman of the Lytteltoa Harbour Board, of whora the chairman said that all who had been associaled with. him had learnt to respeet him as a hae. tyge .oi' gexxtlemau!
