MUPvDER AND ROMANCE Geiti'ude Michael and Paul Cavanagii are the central iigures of the new -farawount mystery yarn, "Menace" which Comes to the Munieipal Theatre to-night. Under the direction of Ralph Murphy, "Menace" nnfolds the strange and sinister story of three people, a charming woman and two men, who live under the death ^threat of a murderous madman. "Ready for Love," which also screens at the Mfinicipal, tells the story oi* a young girl who kuows how to get into trouble, but better still, knows how to get out again. The cast is headed by Richard Arlen, Ida Lupino and. Marjorie Rambeau, , with Marion Gering as the director. In- ' ' Ready - for Love, ' ' Ida Lupino playb the roje of Marigold Tate, a young, impetuous girl who upon her arrival in a small town creates a had ieputx?tion and becomes involved in ascandal. But Marigold is not the type to be downed hy a had reputation, and with perfect unconcern makes scandal pay her big dividends.
