SPECIAL DAIRY SALE
Entries Lack Quality and Condition A fair-sized yarding of dairy cows and heifers in proflt and to calve were offered to a small attendance of buyers at the Waipukurau saleyards yesterday. Some of the entries were in good condition and showing up well in calf, while others were rather low. With quality laeking, and entries coming forward in poor condition, prices generally were below expectations, though keener bidding prevailed for the better conditioned animals, and buying improved as the sale went on.
