WELLINGTON, This Day. Mentioned by Mr Justice Reed as the stnallest calendar at Wellington for at least 25 years, the criimnal session of the Supreme Court opened today with only two cases for trial, -one of alleged cruelty to animals and the other of off'ences against boys. True i bills were returned in both cases.
