REBELS SEIZE ANOTHER BRITISH SHIP

(Eeeeived 19, 11.0 a.m.) ST. JEAN DE LUZ, July 18. The sudden departure of the Eoyal Oak and the Basilisk last night, the fermer without flve officers who were ashore, is revealed to be due to the seizure of another British ship off Santander, the Candleshone Castle, of 2494 tons, whieh is believed to have been taken to Bilbao. The Candlestone Castle, formerly the Seven Seas Spray, is now believed to be under^ rebel escort to Ferrol. The owner states that she was going to Santander to remove refugees whea intercepted within the three-oiile limit. Captain Herbert telegraphed that he and the erew were safe.
