As for tobaceo, the favourite cigarette brands, as everybody knows, are Riverhead Gold aixd Desert Gold, both unapproaehed for fiavour and fragrance, while for pipe smokers there are no biends so much in request as Cut Plng No. 10 (Bullshead), Cavendish, and Navy Cut No. 3 (Bulidog), A13 tlxese tobaccos are toasted. Hence their extraordinary purity and eomparative harmlessness. Toasting eliminates excess of mcotine in tliem. . And smokers soon diseovcr that a pipe charged with any of the pipe Ibends nanu'd will ' 1 kctp-in, " for ' ' t'.o'asled " burns away to the last shred.
