League Council Acceptance ,Q (Received 17, 11.30 a.m.) GENEVA, July 16. ^ Most of the members of tlie League Council have forwarded acceptances of the Palestime report, some including resei'vations. Italy has not yet replied. The Mandates Commission is uot expected to be sympathetic, and may decline to give a definite recommendation.
