Canada to Prevent Excess Charges (Beceived 17, 12.15 p.m.) OTTAWA, July 16. Implementing the House Of Commons promise that no nndue profits should be made on war supplies, the Prime Minister, Mr W. L. MacKenzie King, announced that a conimittee of experts would scrutinise all contracts for Canada 's 35,000,000 dollars defence programme.
