Our Chancellor, Herr Adolf Hitler, stands head of German art*, not only as its patron but as its greatest master/ declares Governor Adolf Wangner at the opening of the Munieh art festival. A newspaper correspondent coniments that England was aware that Hitler painted. several pleasant water-colours but it was not suspected that such an ambitious claim could be based on this foundfttion.
