WAIPAWA, This Day. It was with sincere regret that advice was received in Waipawa of the death, at Seddon, of Mr Ernest Limbrick. The late Mr Limbrick had a very severe illness some time back, and for a* while his life was despaired of, but he made a wonderful recovery and for" some time past had enjoyed excellent health. His death was due to a sudden severe heart attack from which he failed to rally. Mr. Limbrick, who was 55 years of sge, was for many years assoeiated with hotel life, as a licensee, and for a long time was *"mine host" of tho Tavistock Hotel, Waipukurau. Later lio took over the Seddon Hotel, Seddon, which he ran very suceessfully. Whilst living in Central Hawke's Bay he took a very active interest in sport, and presented to the Rugby Sub-Union a handsome silver cup, which is compoted for annually by the. champion sprinters. Besides his widow he leaves a family of three daughters and one son — Mrs Gordon Gay (Blenheim), "Mrs Jack King (Christchurch), Mies Peggy Limbrick and Mr M. Limbrick, who will have tho sympathy of a * large circle of friends in their sudden bereavement.
