NAPIER HIGH SCHOOL EX-GIRLS' MEETING
Tlie Hastings .branch of thc Napier High School Ex-Girls' Association held tfieir inonthly meeting in the G.F.S. room, when two plays were read. Tho first was ' ' The Marriage Has Been Arranged," those taking part being Nola Robertspn, iJona Watson/ HaJl, D. Garland, P. fhattky, F. Parkinson, Dulcie Carr and Kathleuu Johnston, and the second, "A Busy Morning" (a one-act play by Hazel Marshali), the readers being Vnlda 'i'ong, Eutli Tally, Frances Beck and Molly Byrn e. A "Well-Known Song" competition caused much fun, and supper brouglit to a close a most enjoyable ovenmg. Those present were: Mrs J. K. Agnew, Misses F. Beck, N. Robertson, R. Tully, V. Tong, P. Shattky, D. Garland, S. ltose, il. Byrne, F. Parkinson. Mona Watson, K. Johnston, P. Hall, D. Carr.
