HASTINGS HARRIERS
Inter-CIub Event at Masterton The annuai inter-club race between the Hastings and Masterton Harrier Clubs for the Hoata trophy will be held at Masterton to-morrow. The trophy, which is at preseut held by the Hastings club. was presented by Mr A. KeaLs, of Masterton, for annuai competition between tho two clubs. The trophy has been held twieo by Masterton and once by the Hastings club. The Hastings club 5b sending a etrong team to defend tho trophy, and with the Masterton team at full strength and on its own ground an interesting race should result. The Hastings team will leave tho Post Office at 7 a.m. tomorrow. The following will make the-. trip: H. E. Taylor, P. Barrer, A. Hunt, A. Eobertson, I. Dyer, E. Cooper, C. Fannin, D. Giffney, L. Taylor, C. Wright and A. Taylor. Those members of the club not goiug to Masterton will have a pack run from the Ilawke's Bay Gun Club '3 grounde in Maraekakaho road at 2.30 p.m.
