WELLINGTON, July 15. Prisoners were sentenced by Mx Justice Reed as follow dn the Supreme Court to-day:— James Leonard Weeks, aged 26, plastereiv "breaking and entering witn intent . two , years' probation; Tihu Huatahi, aged 29, labourer,. breaking, entering andlheft (eight charges) and theft, two. years' hard labour, to be served .after the sentence he is at present undergoing; Urikore Poi, aged 18, labourer," . breaking, entering and theft,. two years' deteation in Borstal. Michael Dominic O'Rourke, aged 25, taxi-driver, unlawful carnal knowledge, ordered to come up for sentence if called upon within two years; Lionel Hart. Warren, aged 52, labourer, incest, three years' hard labour; Victor John Peddie, aged' 29, shop-assistant and labourer, theft and forgery, 12 months' hard labour; Jamel Noel Shore, aged 17, farm hand, breaking, entering and theft, two years' probation; Douglas Norton^ aged 19, labourer and machinist, theft, four charges, two yeare' detention in Borstal; Roy James Whelan, aged 27, steward and waiter, breaking, entering and tkeft, two year*"' probation.
