Trilling and warbling in their individual cages, prize eanaries recently competed in an international singxng contest held in Paris, France. Led by a Belgian bird expert, four jndges crowded around the feathered songsters to appraise the quaiity of the bird notes. Eleven birds won the right to chirp in the final judging, in .which the Champion was selected. /
