Man Admits Theft of Seven Bicycles

WELLINGTON, Last Night. Albert Leonard Hansen, aged 38, engine-driver, pleaded guilty to seven chavges of theft of bicycles of a value of £31 16/-. Ifc was stated that he was discharged from gaol on June 3 after serving time for similar offences and on June 10 arrived at Wellington and lost no .time taking up liis old business.' The machines were eold to monevlenders and dealers Accused was sentenced to 18 month's reformative detention on one charge and was convicted and ordered to eome up for sentence within six months on the others.
