VAUDEVILLE DE LUXE

What promises to be one of the moet . outstanding loeal shows ever tsfaged in Hastings is the Yaudevdlle de Luxe to, be held in the Municipal Theatre on Friday, July 16. It will introduce for. the first time iu Hawke's Bay Miss Shona Beniiett, champion toe-dancer of New Zealand, Suteliffe's piano-accor-deon band of 10 players in their snappy Russian costuinee, Madame Mercer 'i two champion Napier junior cboirs, vrimiers of Begg's Challenge Shield in 1935-36, and a host of others. There are still a few seats left, and patrons who desire to attend this excellent performauce will be well advised to book now. The Hastings Junaor Band will march to the theatre on the night of the porformance. The vaudevillo is not connccted iu any way with any other concert at present showing iu Hastings. Reserves cau be made at Luke's ahop, 311 Heretaunga street east.
