BRIGHTER CLOTHES
Death of Strong Advocate (Received 14, 10.15 a.m.) LONDON, July 13. The death has occurred of Professor Henry Edward Armstrong. He was an advocate for bnghter clothes for men and once attended a public dinner in London wearing a vivid magenta waistcoat, one lapel mauve and the other blue.
