Hlige Irrigation Plan REGINA, July 12. A 400,000,000 dollars irrigation plan for drough^-stricken Saskatchewan, sponsored by Eastern financiers, is before the Domdnion Government. It will conserve and distribute the waters of two Saskatchewan rivers. . Owing to the small crop, 1000 railway wotkers' are idle at Calgary. The heaviest rainw this season are now general in Alberta but they are too late to benefit the crops although they will mean a valuable saving in feed.
