TOURISTS' VICTORY
N.Z. Hockey Teams' First Game "SYDNEY, July 13. The New Zealand hockey team played their first match at Manly to-day against the Northern Suburbs Association team, New Zealand winning by 4—0. Goals were scored by Roughton (2); Dey and Watson. The outstandmg player was Smeilie, but the general form of the New Zealanders was below the standard shown by former tourists. This is probably due to the fact that they have not yet lot their land legs.
