LOYALISTS ADVANCE WITH HEAVY LOSSES

(Received 13, 11 a.m.) VALENCIA, July 12, The Loyalist Government claims. that with the capture of Villanueva del Pardillo yesterday, a ten-mile advance on a ten-mile front has been completed since the Madrid offensive began five days ago, but the insurgents declare that the Government forces suffierod heavy losses and left 3000 dead before one of the insurgent positions and 800 before another. Desperately making an effort to withstand the Loyalist offensive on the westward from Madrid, the rebels are dropping ineendiary bombs from aircraft, igniting wheat fields aiid creating an awe-inspiring conflagration.
