Mtmorial to Boar4 Member HASTINGS 0UTPATIENTS' WARD The new outpstient block at the Hastings Memorial Hospital is to be named "The Cecil Duff Block" in memory of the late Mr Cecil Duff, member of the Hawke 'S Bay Hospital Board for the past fiinfe years. In 4 report to the board at y est§f dtty 's meeting, the Hastings general-purpose committee communicated this decision to the members.
