Titian-haired Vivien Leigh, the young actress pensationally signed on a £50,000 contract nearly two years ago, makes her first appearanco for Alexander Korda as the daughter of Lord Burleigh, and the -dashing Laurence Olivier appears as the young hero. "Fire Over England'' was recentlv awarded the League of Nations Gold Medal for 1937. "Top of the Town" screens fmnlly to-night.
